We do not only offer to help you to find your new home, our service goes far beyond. We offer you to help you with everything you need to be able to live as pleasant as possible and without any problems in Catalunya. This can be helping you to get the permits you need to finding a trustworthy plumber or a school for your children. But also that ecological waterfilter or a cosy restaurant.

Buying your new home from behind a computer screen is not the best idea. To make the right decision you need to visit the area. 

where you feel at home you can only know by being there..

For a start we need to find what out exactly what you are looking for. Then we will make a selection of properties that fit your desires. Next, we will make an appointment with you to visit the properties in person.

 We can organize a three-day trip, or longer if you suggest otherwise, to visit the houses we’ve chosen and to get in touch and become acquainted with your surroundings. We will guide you throughout the entirety of your trip, and we will be available to answer each of your questions anytime.

We will receive you at the Girona Costa Brava airport , than take you to the accommodation according to your needs. After you are settled we will discuss the details of your visit.

During the the time when visiting the variety of locations of the properties selected, we will always be at your service.

 Once you have found what you were looking for, we will put you in contact with the owners or/and real estate agents, and we’ll assist you throughout the negotiations.

  • Before you officially decide to purchase, we can have our own personal architect prepare a detailed technical report concerning the property you’re interested in to create an insight in any possible additional charges or expenses after purchase.

  • Off course we want for all legal and fiscal aspects to be crystal-clear before you sign any contracts, which is why we offer you the services of an independent lawyer specialized in real-estate to settle all legal aspects at the time of purchase to avoid any surprises afterwards.

 Well, there's all these small and bigger issues that need your attention:

like your relation towards  the local council, the county (province) and state concerning registering, permits, taxes, etc. And all the items in and around your new house.
If you have children, you’ll need to find them a suitable school, and if you plan to start a company you’ll need to sort out all you need, to be able to do so. We like to help you in the process.
Because Camillo has lived in Catalunya for over 20 years, has had five children in schools and co founded three companies, we feel comfortable enough to say that we’ve got the knowledge and experience to solve the problems you run into; Off course we speak the language and have competent contacts in separate fields.

Marion en Camillo

Camillo Sturm has lived in Catalunya for over 25 years and has worked as a managing director of  different companies; he has gained his knowledge through years of experience in the field and feels comfortable dealing with the authorities, institutions and companies. He speaks Spanish, as well as Catalan. Additionally, he speaks English, Dutch, German and French.

Marion Janssen is a crucial aspect of his business, and supports him all the way!

After a long search and miles of driving, you finally found it: your dream plot.
But then the real estate agent doesn't respond to your emails.
Because you have a Dutch number? Or is it the Spanish way?
Fortunately, there turns out to be someone who gets things moving again.
The real estate agent is contacted the same day!
And so we went through the process step by step with Camillo.
Texts were answered lightning fast and all in a warm and friendly manner.
In the end, it was Camillo who, after a conversation with the municipal architect, came to the conclusion that it would be better not to sign the provisional purchase contract after all and we were saved from a bad purchase. Thanks Camillo!
